No, this isn't a new combination of numbers for the latest series of "Lost", it's the unofficial German World Cup song by Sportfreunde Stiller. Think of it as the "Three Lions on a Shirt" song, ie the one that the fans have taken to their hearts.
Germany's official song "Schwarz und Weiss" ("Black and White" - the colour of the German strip) isn't actually that bad, but like any officially sanctioned football song it's a bit worthy and inoffensive (apart from the performer, German comedian Oliver Pocher, 'blacking up' in the video for some unknown reason...). Anywhere you go throughout Germany, you'll hear fans singing "54, 74, 90, 2006" - watch it here and sing along with the lyrics. Incidentally, the numbers are the years Germany won the World Cup - the latter being wishful thinking!
